Sandy Stout has been selling residential real estate on a full time basis since 1986. She is consistently an award winner within the company and has received the Platinum Award this past year which puts her in the top 5% of the company. Sandy has worked in many diverse aspects of the real estate industry, although always in residential sales, she has worked with large home builders, selling new homes from model homes, designing homes and all aspects of new home sales.
She is currently working in the relocation industry within the Toronto market and has established herself as a leading relocation agent, obtaining the CERC Relocation Specialist designation from Canadian Employee Relocation Council.
Sandy's home base is the Oakville Real Estate Market, and she lives and raises her 2 daughters in the community. "There is so much that Oakville offers for raising a family, it feels like a small town with the big city at your doorstep". Sandy has many interests in the community: she is a member of the "Oakville Club" where she plays tennis and enjoys the setting, attends and volunteers at church. She has travelled extensively, backpacking around the world and now enjoys the finer travel.

Rachel Yarrington, Administrative Assistant joined the team on a full time basis in 2007 as the Office Administrator. After several international moves, from the UK & Australia, is proud to call Burlington, Ontario her home and loves the area very much. With back ground in most computer software applications she brings a high level of technology to the team, ensuring that we stay ahead with servicing client’s needs, as well as first hand experience of relocating a home and family from overseas.
